Four Months Old

Wow, where has the time gone? We cannot believe that Jake is 4 months old!

Here are a few things that we want to remember:

• You are still eating 4-6 oz thickened with rice every 3 hours during the day. You usually take your last feeding between 7:30-8, and sleep until 6:30-7:30 am.
• You weighed 17 lbs at the NSG office yesterday.
• You love listening to books and mommy reads you 5-6 every morning after your first bottle. You still love Brown Bear, but also really seem to like "What is it?" and Llama, Llama Red Pajama. We are also reading Snowy Day by Ezra Jack Keats and Lilly's Purple Heart to concur with winter and Valentines day of course!
• You have found your mouth and love sucking on your fingers or toys.
• You laugh! Especially when we sing songs. Your favorites are "Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes", "I am a little teapot", and the "Hello" song from Kindermusik.
• You can turn your head from side to side when laying on your belly. Mommy doesen't like it because you turn it away from the video monitor and I can't see your face!
• You are trying to roll over from your back, but haven't really figured it out yet.

We can't wait to see what the next few months bring!
