Mommy is so late posting this, that I am going to have to post your 10 and 11 month posts together. We are so busy these days with Mommy back at work that the time seems to fly by!
- You are getting to be such a little boy. You are so very sweet and content, even when you don't feel well. You have had an ear infection and cough for a couple of weeks now and we just want you to feel better fast! Amoxicillin does nothing for you, so we are on our second round of Omnicef as we speak.
- We also found out that you have a moderately severe milk allergy. We were slowly introducing it and you broke out in a full body rash with swelling. You looked like you had been burned all over your body and your little face was so swollen. So, for now, we are giving you soy milk and only completely cooked milk products (and few of those, really).
- You are doing really well with daycare. You fuss for a few minutes when we drop you off, but as soon as your teacher sits down to play with you, you are happy again. There are about 5 children in your class and three teachers. They are always reading you books, or rocking you when we go to pick you up. You don't nap extremely well there, but you are getting better.
- You weigh about 20 lbs. You are in the 98 percentile for height and 45 for weight. You are so skinny! You eat constantly, I don't know where it goes. You could wear your 3-6 mos pants if you weren't so tall! Most days you eat 2 bottles (this is the one thing you don't do well) breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, and dinner. You will eat 2 pouches of baby food for lunch, along with any fruit we will give you. At school, you crawl to the high chair and bang it when you want to eat.
- You are pulling up on anything and everything. The couch, the wall, our legs, you love it all. You belly crawl all the time. You can crawl up on all fours and do once in a while, but, for the most part you belly crawl to where you are going, pop up on all fours, and then pull up.
- You have started walking independently with your dinasour walker. You go pretty quickly and then turn around to see who is coming to get you. You love it!
- You are becoming more vocal and say "dadada" but don't really associate it with anyone yet.
- We trimmed your hair for the first time this month. We didn't do a full cut, because Ms Julie is going to do it when she comes for your birthday. So Ms Tisha just trimmed the bangs and the mullet. Haha
- We are busy planning your party and can't wait to celebrate our miracle baby with all of our friends and family!

Sweet baby!! Hate to hear he's still on meds. But so glad to see how he's thriving! :)
