Why is Baby Jake in a car seat? Because we got to come HOME last night around 8:30!! We are so unbelievably excited. We were just waiting on Jake to gain weight, and he started eating 75 cc at every feeding and gained 1/2 lb in just 24 hours! So, even though we are still up every three hours, it is such a blessing not to have to get dressed, walk across the unit, feed him, and then put him down as soon as he falls asleep. In fact, he may have not been put down at all in the past 24 hours thanks to the whole family! Spoiled? For sure!! He deserves it!! We are very exhausted, of course we had to watch him breathe all night last night, right? But, we are so happy and blessed. Thank you everyone for all of your prayers through Jake's rough start. They mean so much to us!
